The structure of the second grade education in Greece, can be represented by the following diagram:

Even with the new education programs, that are addressed only to students - because there is not a satisfactory link between school and job market - there are significant deficiencies in new technologies and areas, such as Industrial applications, PLC, modern electrical installations of energy management in buildings (EIB system) and Applications of detection systems (sensors) in industry.

Besides, the education - instruction is made until today into the classroom and into the laboratory with the traditional education methods.

This particular pilot plan attempts to join the industry with the school, and to provide the ability to ameliorate the quality of professional instruction in the electrical sector.

The cooperation between the parteners from the participant countries will promote and propagate the experience of each participant, in the field of electrical professional abilities.
