Each poster contributor will be provided with one panel measuring 120cm (height) x 100 cm approximately.

All the materials needed for the mounting of posters will be provided.

The authors are requested to be in the proximity of their posters according to the schedule.

Please be prepared to give handouts of your poster for distribution.

Length of the Manuscript:
    The  manuscript  (text, figures, and tables)  should not be longer 
    than (10) master sheet A4 size, 210x297mm, (8,27x11,69 inch)

Margin and Spacing:
    The manuscript must be typed single-spaced, on one side of the sheet.
    The text must be inside, 159,2x246,2mm (6,27x9,69 inch) restangle.
    The size of  the font should  be 10 point font,  preferable using Times 
    New Roman.
    On page one of the manuscript, leave blank 64mm (2 1/2 inch) below
    the top  quideline.  In this space you must insert the  title of the paper
    and the author's name and affiliation. If the paper has multiple authors,
    leave an extra 19mm (3/4 inch) space for each additional co-author.

Title and Author's name:
    The  title  of the  paper must be  typed  using 16 point  font, in  normal
    capital letters,  centered.  The author's names must be  typed in  normal
    capital letters,  using 14 point font,  centered.
    The professional affiliation of the author(s) should include the institution
    or  company  with  which  he or she is  affiliated  and  sufficient  mailing
    address must be typed in normal capital letters 12 point font, centered.
    On the header of all odd pages, except the first, a short title should be
    typed using 12 point font in normal capital letters using Times New
    Roman.
    The  author(s)  name(s) should  be typed using 12 point font in normal
    capital letters,  using Times New Roman,  on the header of  even pages.

Organization of the paper:
Each paper should be organized as follows:

Abstract
Indroduction (main body of Paper  includes figures and tables)
Summary
Acknowledgments (where applicable)
References
Appendix (where applicable)
